Your teeth might be moving for a variety of reasons, such as the continuous changing of the body over time, or the pressure that is put on the jaw and teeth when eating and speaking. Even speaking daily and the placement of your tongue can cause teeth to shift. What Can Be Done?
The best solution to fix shifting teeth is to wear your retainer. It is imperative that you follow the directions that you were given at the end of your braces treatment. It is absolutely necessary to wear your retainer in the months immediately following the removal of your braces.
