Meet a Valued Team Member – Barri
One of the reasons our patients love coming to The Best Braces is because of our outstanding team. From the moment you walk through the doors into our reception area and then into our treatment rooms, every team member is committed to making your experience exceptional. Every member of our team works together to help our office run smoothly to ensure that we provide the care that you need. We want to take some time this month to help you learn a little more about one of our dedicated team members, our patient coordinator Barri.
If you are a patient in our office, you have most likely had the pleasure of speaking with Barri. Barri joined our team in October of 2018. She decided to be a patient coordinator because she loves working with people and really enjoys being able to present different options to help people improve their smiles. Barri loves the results she got from her orthodontic treatment and will always be an advocate for using various methods to improve your smile. She uses the skills she learned while studying communication at Grand Valley State University to read body language and people’s concerns to help provide the most she can for each individual patient.
Barri loves working with the entire team in the office. She truly enjoys getting to meet new people each day and helping decorate the office with the office manager. If she could offer one piece of advice to new patients, it would be to ask any questions you have. It’s better to be well informed than misinformed.
When not in the office, you might find Barri spending time with her family. She loves going to the movies and ordering her favorite snack, a pretzel with cheese. Barri also really loves playing the game of UNO and loves to laugh when one of her opponents picks a draw 4 card. If given the opportunity, Barri would love to travel to Africa one day.
