We came in for a consultation and was surprised when my daughter was taken immediately to began her “braces” journey! My daughter had a physical already scheduled later in the afternoon and the orthodontist and her assistant worked closely to assure that her my daughter’s services were completed in enough time to make her doctor’s appointment in Troy! I found EVERYONE to be kind, professional and ready to help when/where necessary!

Unfortunately today was my last appointment, however the staff at The Best Braces are amazing! I went to have my retainer refitted after having some dental work and it was a quick process and the staff was very friendly. Everyone you walked pass spoke and collectively made sure all of my needs were met by the time I walked out of the door. I love that everyone communicates and work together as a team no matter who is actually servicing you. I would highly recommend The Best Braces. Switching to the Best braces after my orthodontist closed was the best decision I could’ve made.

Been a patient at the Best braces for a little over a year! The staff is always courteous and prompt! The dental assistants Ian,Nicole and Aleen are always proficient when making sure I'm comfortable,educated and everything is in tact before I leave. My daughter and I really love this place. Here’s why:-I appreciate seeing the smiling faces every time I visit. Without any words being said, I feel very welcomed!-For my daughter’s very first visit put her name on the welcome board at the entrance, it made my daughter feel very welcome but a dental issue she was already nervous about. This small gesture definitely helped her relax a bit.-The doctors spend time answering ever single question you have!-The office is very clean, open and modern!-Lastly, they use the latest technology which tells me they are very serious about the quality of service they provide!I highly encourage you to check them out! I really really really like this place!

My daughter came in 2018 and received her braces. Nicole and Alena have always been so nice and informative when we come in for visits. The service here has always been great and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I’m back today getting my son braces put on and again the service is amazing. I was once skeptical about getting my braces again for the 2nd time after 20 years ago but I decided to go for it if I wish to maintain my healthy smile for a very long time...
